A Journey Through Time and Taste: La Corte dell’Ulivo, where history and cuisine meet

The history of La Corte dell’Ulivo is ancient, with its roots dating back to the 1600s, when the architect Ippolito Scalzi designed and built the building as a monastery. The old bishop’s palace, a place rich in history and art, often hosted the famous Cardinal Borromeo, while the inner courtyard was reserved for his horse and carriage.

Today, Anna & Riccardo, the current owners, take care of the building and restaurant with passion and dedication, paying attention to every detail, especially in the kitchen, their true passion. Beyond the culinary offerings, the ancient inner courtyard, from which the restaurant takes its name, is our pride and joy, providing the perfect setting for authentic culinary experiences.

In the winter months, our guests can choose the refined indoor dining room, where a well-kept yet informal atmosphere welcomes you, making you feel all the warmth and hospitality that define us.
